Dexian is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support HR systems and enterprise software platforms, ensuring reliable operation and improved service delivery. The role requires hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and process optimization within an HR context.

Based in West Palm Beach, FL, this hybrid position combines on-site collaboration 3–4 days per week with remote work, offering opportunities to drive platform efficiency and partner with HR teams to enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR systems and enterprise software platforms in an HR operations context.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with on-site and remote tasks.
• Familiarity with HR processes and systems, focusing on operational excellence.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support for HR systems, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and user inquiries.
• Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR platform processes to meet operational needs.
• Collaborate with HR teams to troubleshoot technical issues, implement solutions, and improve platform efficiency.
• Participate in the documentation of system procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support ongoing system updates, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to HR services.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives utilizing structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, DMAIC, or equivalent frameworks).
• Maintain accurate records of system support activities and elevate issues when necessary.
