George Mason University’s Costello College of Business seeks an HR Specialist to coordinate graduate assistant, non-student wage, student wage, and Federal Work Study hiring, onboarding, and HR records. The role supports HR projects, improves processes, and maintains tracking tools and documentation.

You will work with faculty and supervisors in a hybrid workplace, ensuring compliant, timely processing and a welcoming onboarding experience for new staff and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and HR/administrative experience.
• Experience handling HR onboarding, payroll, hiring, and records.
• Ability to create Microsoft Forms and dynamic forms to improve HR intake and reporting.
• Familiarity with HR policies, confidentiality, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate GA, non-student wage, student wage, and Federal Work Study hiring.
• Support onboarding activities and employee recognition programs.
• Assist HR projects, process improvements, and form development.
• Maintain HR tracking tools and records for accuracy and deadlines.
