Job summary

Elliott Electric Supply is seeking a Human Resource Representative to provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations, maintain personnel records, and act as a liaison to employees and managers across all locations.

The role handles applicant screening, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, benefits enrollment, payroll changes, and HRIS/ATS data entry, with a focus on confidentiality and high service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong administrative and customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain data privacy and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and facilitates HR processes at all locations.
• Submit background checks and drug testing results.
• Ensure compliance with I-9 and E-Verify.
• Maintain and update HRIS records and personnel files.
• Process payroll changes and benefit enrollments.
• Assist in administration of the compensation program.
• Provide information to applicants, employees and management.
