Electronic Imaging Materials, Inc. (EIM) seeks a Human Resource Administrator to manage day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS administration, and employee support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education/certifications and experience considered.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll and audit timecards for accuracy.
• Administer benefits enrollments and respond to questions.
• Serve as primary administrator for BambooHR and HR technology platforms.
• Manage employee recognition programs and reporting.
• Provide guidance on company policies, benefits, and HR processes.
• Coordinate training programs and assist with compliance activities.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers.
• Support HR Manager with department goals and special projects.
• Cross-train in other functions to support coverage.
