IML Containers/Labels North America Inc. Ohio is seeking an HR Assistant to provide administrative and operational support across HR functions. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee records, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing.

The position supports training, employee activities, and FSMS-related responsibilities in a manufacturing setting, with a schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, recruiting and benefits systems.
• Experience with BambooHR and Agile/Synerion is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support HR administration and maintenance of employee records and reports.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Assist with biweekly payroll, timekeeping, and payroll audits.
• Support benefits enrollment, eligibility, and communications.
• Coordinate training, employee activities, and safety/compliance tasks.
