Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an HR Payroll Specialist for a 100% onsite role in Dayton, OH. You will own payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management in a manufacturing environment, directly partnering with HR leadership and cross-functional teams.

The position handles biweekly payroll across locations, open enrollment, regulatory reporting, and system enhancements involving Paycor, ADP, or Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, accounting, business or a related field.
• 4+ years of payroll administration experience, including FMLA, ADA, and workers’ compensation management.
• Experience with Paycor, ADP, Workday, or similar payroll/HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of payroll tax regulations, benefits administration, payroll reporting, and GL integrations.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple locations while ensuring compliance with payroll regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
• Administer employee benefits programs, leave management processes, and annual open enrollment activities.
• Manage HRIS and payroll system administration, including employee records, workflows, reporting, and system audits.
• Prepare regulatory reporting and support compliance requirements related to payroll, benefits, and employment laws.
• Lead payroll and HR process improvements, system testing, documentation, and training initiatives.

Location: Dayton, OH (North Side)
Schedule: 100% onsite M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Target Salary: $70,000 – $80,000
