You will serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM timekeeping and absence management, maintain documentation, assist with workflow automation, and collaborate across departments to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in HR, office management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle HCM timekeeping and absence management functions; maintain documentation.
• Manage end user questions related to timekeeping and basic HRIS functions.
• Oversee departmental forms and workflows; support process improvement across the team.
• Process benefits for employees and dependents, one-time payments, and contractor requests.
• Audit and correct Oracle HCM data; create records for contractors and non-employee categories.
• Assist with Workers Compensation information collection and processes.
• Participate in departmental process improvement initiatives.
