Middlebury College is seeking a dedicated HRIS/Payroll Operations specialist to support timekeeping, benefits, payroll, and data accuracy in Oracle HCM. This in-person, full-time role focuses on forms, workflows, and customer service for a diverse campus.

Contribute to the smooth and employee-focused work of the People Operations team concentrating on time and labor, absence management, benefits, payroll, and maintaining accurate employee information in the HRIS tool (Oracle HCM). Promote operational efficiency through implementation and maintenance of departmental forms and workflows. Respond to and resolve issues through collaboration with varied stakeholders. Deliver direct customer service and operational support to ensure prompt, courteous and knowledgeable assistance to all customers.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible, hourly position with a hiring range of $25.20 - $29.84 per hour.
General office environment with long periods of computer work. Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a high stress environment and be able to maintain confidentiality of information. This role is entirely in-person.
