• Associate degree or equivalent in HR/administration.
• 2+ years in HRIS or payroll operations, preferably higher education.
• Experience with cloud-based HCM systems (Oracle/Workday) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle HCM end users: timekeeping, navigation, and basic HCM tasks.
• Act as SME for Oracle HCM timekeeping and absence management; maintain docs and resolve issues.
• Manage departmental forms and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Educate employees on benefits, one-time payments, and contractor requests.
• Monitor and correct Oracle HCM data issues via audits and support.
• Create records for contractors and non-employee categories.
