Job summary

BG Foods is seeking an HR administrator to provide administrative support and manage HR initiatives such as year-end performance, compensation cycles, talent reviews, and employee engagement. The role emphasizes creating documents and driving process efficiencies within HR workflows.

You will coordinate onboarding, maintain SOPs in HRIS, support calibration sessions, succession planning, and training programs including evaluation forms.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's in HR preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR systems, policies, and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated adaptability to new assignments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, review, and advise on recruitment tasks to meet HR needs.
• Create and maintain onboarding processes and SOPs in HRIS.
• Support year-end performance management and compensation cycles.
• Assist with succession planning, talent reviews, and org trends.
• Coordinate training programs and develop evaluation forms.
• Onboard in the ADP HR system.
• Process payroll-related paperwork and exit processes.
• Provide additional HR support and projects.
