Job summary

OneOncology is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and leaders across the organization, reporting to the HR Director. This role provides day-to-day guidance on employee relations, performance management, policies, leave and accommodation processes, and lifecycle activities.

It collaborates with HR Business Partners and HR Operations to ensure consistent, timely HR support. Responsibilities include guiding managers through performance processes, conducting routine investigations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and performance management.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce and using HRIS/Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers on policies and performance expectations.
• Lead routine employee relations matters and support complex investigations with HR Partners.
• Guide managers through performance management processes and document actions.
• Coordinate with HRBP, HR Operations, and Payroll to ensure accurate HR data and processes.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle events while maintaining confidentiality.
