We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our collaborative team and support our clients through accurate HR administration and superior service.

You will be the first line of contact for HR matters, handling onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration and recordkeeping with attention to detail and a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Human Resources Certification preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines.
• Detail oriented.
• Analysis and reporting skills a plus.
• Ability to work under your own initiative.
• Competent user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, required.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, various HRIS preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HRIS, payroll, benefits and recordkeeping compliance for client companies.
• Maintain employee records, including I-9 validation and payroll changes.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, employee relations and off-boarding.
• Assist with appraisal/performance management program administration.
• Coordinate benefits enrollments for clients.
• Assist in creating employee handbooks.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Provide timely, friendly customer service to clients.
• Follow safety practices in all areas.
