Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR activities from candidate intake through onboarding and active employment. You will manage the HR shared services inbox, deliver customer service, and act as the main HR contact for HRBPs and managers, ensuring processes are compliant and timely.

You will coordinate pre-employment steps, maintain Workday records, and handle benefits administration and leave coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, recruiting, or general Human Resources role
• Experience with Workday Payroll is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR shared services inbox and phone line, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver HR customer service across employment lifecycle and resolve HR-related inquiries.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for HRBPs, supervisors, and managers on policies and processes.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding requirements.
• Create and maintain new hire records in Workday and ensure timely approvals.
