The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Senior Human Resource Coordinator in the Department of Neuroscience to manage HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance. You will work closely with CNS HR and university offices to ensure accurate processes across faculty, staff, students, and researchers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, public administration, or related field.
• Minimum five years of administrative experience, with at least one year in HR.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a service-oriented approach to supporting faculty, staff, and students.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive HR support for the Department of Neuroscience, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR compliance.
• Process Workday transactions and monitor HR processes across faculty, staff, students, and affiliates.
• Coordinate and support visa processing and international employee matters.
• Ensure policy guidance is interpreted and implemented in collaboration with CNS HR and central offices.
• Support hiring lifecycle from position setup through onboarding handoff and ensure compliance.
