Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking a Production Engineering Specialist in Cartersville, GA to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, compile data into reports, and create production schedules while coordinating with supervisors to track progress, inventory levels and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Operations, Planning/Scheduling, Program Management, Continuous Improvement and Data Analytics, with experience in LEAN and ERP/MES systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical tools to improve production volume and profitability.
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes and drive resolutions.
• Create and analyze production schedules with supervisors to determine progress and completion dates.
• Compile and analyze data and create management reports.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN, Six Sigma and best-practice tools.
