Job summary

Hardy Diagnostics in Springboro, Ohio is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and a positive workplace culture. You will serve as a primary contact for employees and managers, handling documentation, recruiting activities, and event coordination.

The role is full-time, in-office, with hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and a compensation of $25.00–$35.00 per hour. Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS is required.

Qualifications

• AA degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar discipline; a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proficiency with HRIS software.
• Exemplary oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new hire and offer documentation packets and audit for updates.
• Maintain and file employee records in HRIS; handle confidential processes.
• Assist in employees leaves of absence administrative processes.
• Ensure job descriptions are signed and promotions documented.
• Administer termination documentation and back-up HR Safety Coordinator.
• Coordinate recruiting activities, interviews, and new hire folders.
• Schedule pre-employment tests and manage offer processes.
• Support event planning and OH company activities.
