Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, onboarding, background screening, compliance, verification, or a related operational function.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, background screening, verification, and employee compliance processes.
• Review and validate documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or exceptions and escalate appropriately.
• Partner with candidates, employees, HR teams, and business stakeholders to provide guidance and support throughout the employee life cycle.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, controls, and user experience.
• Contribute to meeting service-level expectations in a high-volume operational environment.
