Job summary

Click Here Digital is seeking an HR Administrator to support HR operations from recruitment through offboarding. You will manage HR processes, payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and employee records, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality service.

You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, handling compliance tasks, time-off administration, reporting, and engagement initiatives. Collaboration with HRBP is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in HR, recruiting, or People Operations.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and time-off administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies, leave, payroll and admin processes.
• Manage employee records across the full lifecycle in HRIS.
• Prepare HR reports on turnover, headcount, onboarding progress, compliance.
