As a trusted resource for employees and managers, you will ensure HR processes run accurately and efficiently, provide timely responses, and collaborate with the HRBP and leadership to improve programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years HR/administrative experience.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions while maintaining timelines and communication.
• Strong confidentiality and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first HR contact for policies, leave, payroll, and benefits.
• Manage employee records across lifecycle; maintain HRIS.
• Prepare reports on turnover, headcount, onboarding progress.
• Maintain confidential records and support audits.
• Oversee time-off requests and update calendars.
• Distribute HR communications and updates.
• Provide admin support for office operations.
