Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in HR, business, management, communications or related field.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; basic Adobe Acrobat skills.
• Prior admin/office/internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan, upload and organize employee and HR documents.
• Maintain and update personnel files (physical and electronic).
• Audit files for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with document retention, archiving and records projects.
• Ensure confidential information is handled securely.
• Distribute communications and event-related resources.
