Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR operations or related field.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines.
• Experience with HRIS or HR systems.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for interns, new graduates, and experienced hires; ensure a polished, welcoming start.
• Assist employees with questions on HR systems, benefits, internal programs, and resources.
• Process employee updates, verifications, relocations, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and other HR platforms.
• Create reports, manage trackers, audit data, and follow up on information.
• Coordinate logistics for internships, professional development programs, leadership training, and learning events.
• Manage calendars, communications, meeting materials, speaker details, surveys, and program evaluations.
• Identify inefficient processes and recommend solutions to improve accuracy and save time.
• Use AI and other tools to organize data, strengthen reporting, and automate repetitive work.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Workplace Services, and business leaders.
