Job summary

Tofurky is seeking an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations at our Hood River site. You will partner with the VP of HR and site leaders to implement people strategies that align with business goals, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

You will oversee payroll, timekeeping, wage-hour compliance, and safety collaboration, while driving process improvements and HR projects to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Experience managing HR operations in manufacturing/operational environment.
• Experience overseeing payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and partner with site leadership to execute people strategies.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, and wage-hour compliance.
• Advise managers on performance, development, and employee relations.
• Partner with Safety to support workplace safety programs and reporting.
• Drive process improvements across HR processes and projects.
