Ready Foods, a Denver-based food manufacturer, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead day-to-day HR operations and help build scalable people systems for the company's growth.

This hands-on, leadership role oversees HR operations, employee relations, compliance, talent processes and HR technology, including UKG, and partners with Operations and Training to align people initiatives with Lean and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR leadership experience in manufacturing or complex operations.
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigations experience.
• Experience leading and developing HR professionals.
• Broad knowledge of HR operations and employment compliance.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with judgment and objectivity.
• Hands-on leadership style with readiness to work where work happens.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the HR team across multiple Denver facilities.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations and corrective action.
• Ensure HR operations, benefits, leave, compliance and lifecycle processes.
• Lead recruiting, talent and workforce processes.
• Provide leadership for HR technology, data and UKG.
• Improve HR processes using systems thinking and continuous improvement.
• Partner with leaders across facilities to address people and organizational challenges.
