Job summary

Tofurky is seeking an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations at the Hood River site in Oregon. Reporting to the VP of HR, you will partner with site leadership to implement people strategies, guide managers on performance and development, and ensure payroll, timekeeping, and safety programs are effective and compliant.

You will drive HR process improvements, manage HR-related projects, and contribute to a culture of accountability, engagement, and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Partner with site leadership to execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Advise managers on performance management, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.
• Oversee payroll and timekeeping in compliance with wage-and-hour laws.
• Support safety programs and collaborate with the Safety Manager on incidents and investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and systems.
