• OR 1 year's experience as Walmart Logistics HR Area Manager or Walmart HR Office Manager supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing workload; and participating in hiring/promotion.
• OR 3 years' experience supervising and developing employees including one year managing HR processes (e.g., staffing, payroll, workers' compensation, benefits).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including benefits, payroll, transfers, terminations, and associate relations.
• Recruiting and staffing initiatives; training and development programs; ensuring compliance with HR policies and laws.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards; resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns.
