Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 3 years' experience in a senior management role within operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising and developing managers/supervisors.
• Associates or alternative paths may be considered with relevant Walmart experience and leadership background.

Responsabilités

• Drive and oversee implementation of the business plan for the facility to achieve goals.
• Forecast staffing plans to meet workload and performance requirements and execute them.
• Manage financials: approve and track expenses vs. budget, monitor asset utilization, and analyze business reports.
• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards; develop and maintain procedures and documentation.
• Lead and develop the facility's leadership team, set direction, monitor performance, identify training needs, and promote growth.
