Job summary

Electrical Insulation Suppliers (EIS) is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide on-site HR support across facilities in the region. You will manage payroll data, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations to sustain a compliant, positive workplace.

The role requires travel to sites, knowledge of local employment laws (CA and MX), and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Bachelor's degree and HR experience are essential; training provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; HR Certification preferred but not required.
• 3–4 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Familiarity with CA employment law and MX Labour & Employment regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR contact for employees and supervisors with guidance on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping.
• Support onboarding and ensure accurate HRIS setup and a positive employee experience.
• Address employee relations issues and coach employees on workplace concerns.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and vendor communications.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, prepare routine HR and payroll reports.
