Responsibilities

• Execute semi-monthly US payroll for all associates with accuracy.
• Maintain payroll records, audit trails, and data integrity.
• Coordinate PTO, leaves, and benefits changes.
• Quality-check commissions and incentive payouts with Finance.
• Conduct payroll reconciliations and support audits.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and ensure compliance with regulations.
