Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day admin support for core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and files.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, orientation, and related documentation.
• Support performance management and benefits processes.
• Assist with U.S. and Canadian payroll processing and related reporting.
• Review timecards and payroll changes accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with compliance documentation, audits, and reporting.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and summaries.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR questions.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.
