Job summary

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in employment administrative or payroll capacity or coordinating special projects in a human resource environment.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public or business administration, management, human resources, or related; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises daily activities of assigned personnel to assure accuracy, efficiency, and productive work effort; interviews and recommends selections, promotions, status changes, disciplinary actions and terminations; completes performance evaluations.
