The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to engage with Departments, Areas and the HR Operations team to improve the delivery of HR systems, tools and services across the organization.

You will lead customer engagement, change readiness, and adoption of new HR capabilities while partnering with division leadership to align priorities, monitor progress and deliver training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in HR operations or related professional experience.
• 4+ years managing key business processes with an HCM system.

Responsabilités

• Build lasting relationships to ensure professional interactions.
• Lead customer engagement and change readiness activities for new HR capabilities and process improvements.
• Partner with division leadership to track priorities, monitor progress, assess outcomes, and recommend improvements to service delivery.
• Drive HCM adoption and optimize processes by standardizing practices and measuring adoption.
• Ensure transparency for customers through timely reporting and clear expectations.
• Provide HR subject matter expertise to understand and represent the field HR experience.
• Influence HR initiatives through collaboration with peers and leaders across departments.
• Support cross-functional projects requiring data gathering and reporting to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate on channel strategy to deliver HR processes, support and knowledge.
• Manage and execute initiatives aligning customer requirements with HR priorities.
• Deliver training on key HR processes and supporting products.
• Ensure HR processes meet department needs.
• Establish guidelines for troubleshooting and product enhancements.
