Job summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.hr Shared Services team seeks an analyst to resolve inquiries, manage data records, and support HR policy implementations across the global workforce. This temporary role emphasizes high-volume transactions, confidentiality, and service quality in a structured environment.

Hybrid work arrangement is in place (4 days remote, 1 day in office in Utah) with typical weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus two years related experience OR equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of HR products, services and processes, learning practices, and procedures
• Reactive to issues and needs of customers
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills
