Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 1 year HR internship, customer service, admin, event coordination, project support, teamwork, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist pre-employment compliance (background checks, I-9s, drug tests) and onboarding.
• Enter and maintain employee data in HCM system with accuracy and privacy.
• Manage HR mailbox; resolve Level 1–2 inquiries on HR policies, benefits, payroll.
