Summit BHC is seeking an HR Generalist for our Raleigh Oaks Behavioral Health facility in Garner, North Carolina. This onsite role covers talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, training, and employee relations within a cross-functional HR team.

You will support HR policy, regulatory compliance, and employment law, while coordinating with Payroll and management to ensure accurate HRIS data and timely benefit processing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or related field required OR High School diploma plus related comparable experience.
• Three or more years’ experience in a progressively responsible HR role required.
• Knowledge of The Joint Commission, facility licensing standards and third-party payor requirements is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Manages recruiting, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Coordinates new hire and benefits orientation and employee training programs.
• Administers the benefits program and ensures timely enrollment for health benefits and 401K.
• Explains benefit coverage and answers questions on deductibles and coinsurance.
• Maintains HR files and HRIS data accuracy; ensures compliance with licensing and training.
• Provides coaching to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Prepares monthly compliance reports for federal, state and licensing agencies.
• Acts as liaison between HR and Payroll regarding deductions and timesheets.
