Job summary

Kilroy Realty Corporation seeks a Human Resources Operations Associate to support daily HR functions including data management, leaves, offboarding, and compliance tracking.

You will partner with IT, Payroll, and Facilities to maintain HR systems, drive process improvements, and protect confidential information in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of People, this role includes a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related field.
• Strong working knowledge of HR workflows, process work, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and ensure data integrity.
• Process hires, changes, leaves, terminations and coordinate onboarding/offboarding.
• Support compliance tracking, audits, and documentation reviews.
• Partner with IT, Payroll, and Facilities to support HR processes.
