Kokosing is seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to support onboarding, benefits, and HR operations. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across HR processes and work with a friendly team to enhance the employee experience.

You’ll learn HR systems like Workday, assist with documentation, and help maintain compliant records while growing professionally in a collaborative environment at Kokosing.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Internship or campus work experience a plus — we’ll train you!
• Skills: Organized and detail-oriented; Strong communicator and team player; Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with Workday or other HR systems is a bonus; Spanish language skills a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Maintain employee records in Workday.
• Coordinate offboarding paperwork and unemployment forms.
• Learn HR programs (FMLA, Disability, Fit for Duty, etc.).
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
