Job summary

Alliance Defending Freedom in Lansdowne, VA is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HRBP team across the employee lifecycle. You will handle onboarding, data changes, promotions, and offboarding with confidentiality and attention to detail.

You will administer HR data in ADP, prepare reports for leaders, manage the shared HR inbox, organize HR documents, and assist with open enrollment, performance reviews, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in HR administration or coordination.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HRBPs across the employee lifecycle.
• Manage HR data transactions in the HRIS (ADP) with accuracy.
• Assist with reports, presentations, and data summaries for leaders.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for HR-related meetings.
• Maintain HR document repositories and confidentiality.
• Support open enrollment, performance reviews, and compliance initiatives.
• Track HR service requests and drive process improvements.
