Job summary

Walden Security is seeking an FSD Human Resources Administrator Specialist to support the HR Manager with administrative tasks within Human Resources and the Federal Services Division operations.

The role includes handling employee files, benefits enrollment, background checks, payroll documentation, and reporting, while coordinating new hire activities and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; or two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with e-Hub resets and issues.
• Complete monthly reports.
• Review employee files to respond to inquiries and provide information to authorized personnel.
• Prepare and administer pre-employment background checks and related documentation.
• Update employee files and payroll/benefit records.
• Coordinate scheduling for new hires and training sessions.
• Respond to unemployment inquiries and verify employment history.
• Communicate with departments to provide updates and maintain records.
• Support QA initiatives and maintain strict record-keeping.
