• Maintains up-to-date HR files and documentation
• Supports recruitment tracking and pre-hire screenings
• Assists onboarding with required forms and checklists

• Processes personnel changes and terminations
• Responds to FAQs regarding policies, benefits, and hiring
• Conducts audits for licensure, training, and certifications
