Job summary

The role covers onboarding, benefits administration, employee data changes, leave management, and partner coordination with Shared Services and safety teams. Strong communication and data accuracy are essential to support stakeholders and drive effective HR outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRMS and employee data management.
• Onboarding and benefits administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR operational support and maintain HR records.
• Support full employee lifecycle including onboarding and benefits.
• Coordinate drug/alcohol and motor vehicle programs with Shared Services.
• Communicate HR policies and guidelines to employees and leaders.
• Assist with leave of absence processes and attendance tracking.
