Job summary

You will source candidates, plan interviews, host career events, coordinate New Employee Orientation, maintain HRIS records, and assist with employee training and activities, contributing to a compliant, efficient HR function.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree is required and Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required; more than 1 year preferred.
• SHRM-CP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and compliance.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and manage interviews.
• Plan selection procedures and participate in career events.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation and training packets.
• Maintain personnel records and processes HRIS changes.
• Organize employee activities and in-services; perform other duties.
