Number of Positions In Requisition 1 Job Details The Human Resource Coordinator provides entry-level, hands‑on support to the Human Resources Business Partner.
This role is responsible for compiling, tracking, and reporting on core workforce metrics including turnover, headcount, and other HR operational data that inform HRBP decision‑making, while also coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities and monitoring compliance touchpoints throughout the employee lifecycle. The Coordinator partners closely with HRBPs to ensure data accuracy, identify trends within assigned client groups, and maintain seamless transitions for employees entering and exiting the organization. This position requires strong attention to detail, discretion in handling operational information, and the ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive priorities across the HRBP function.
Provides entry‑level administrative and operational support to the Employee Relations Partner and Labor Relations Partner functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and well‑documented handling of case and contract‑related tracking. This role will provide support with intake and documentation of employee relations investigations and complaints, tracking and updating organizing activity for enterprise‑wide reporting, and assisting with collective bargaining agreement and grievance administration including filing and monitoring key deadlines. The Coordinator works closely with the ER and LR Partners to maintain organized case files, support consistent record‑keeping practices, and ensure compliance‑related timelines are met across the labor relations lifecycle. This position requires strong attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive employee information, and the ability to manage multiple time‑sensitive priorities in a fast‑paced, unionized environment.
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
