Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience working with Workday.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• HRIS & Employee Data Management: maintain accurate data entry and update employee records per policy.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: manage end-to-end processes and ensure readiness for day one.
• Field Support & Communication: serve as primary HR contact for field managers and employees.
• Compliance & Documentation: ensure timely processing of I-9s and license renewals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, and Compliance.
