Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible clerical work; HR experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HR Department for on-site operations.
• Create and maintain employee files, including the AS400 and filing system.
• Support recruiting activities, including assisting with posting recruiting ads.
• Translate and interpret for non-English speaking employees.
• Assist with orientation when needed.
• Assist with onboarding binders, processing forms, creating personnel files, and sending welcome announcements for new hires.
• Provide clerical support by updating forms, copying and filing documents, mail distribution, meeting scheduling, and ordering supplies.
• Assist the Employment Manager and HS in the interview and physical process.
• Handle scheduling for interviews, physicals, orientation set up, and related tasks.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, memorandums, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
