Simmons Prepared Foods Inc is seeking an HR professional to coordinate facility HR activities and support the HR Manager with programs and training. You will help with new hire orientation, manage attendance data, and ensure compliance with union guidelines and federal mandates.

You will process HRIS data, maintain employee records, and assist in staffing, interviewing, and onboarding. The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and a proactive approach in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• 3 years of HR experience with knowledge of HR policies and laws.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Suite and HRIS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; SPHR certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate HR activities for the facility and assist the HR Manager.
• Support HR programs, including training and new hire orientation.
• Assist managers with union guidelines for conflicts or disciplinary actions.
• File paperwork for Federal programs and mandates; serve as employee contact.
• Process information in HRIS; verify time data; maintain attendance records.
• Maintain employee data in HRIS (Vantage) and ensure accuracy.
• Aid in staffing levels, job bids, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Participate in team activities; promote cohesiveness and policy execution.
