Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in social services preferred
• HR experience preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Maintains confidentiality of HR offices at all times.
• Creates new hire personnel records and enters data into the HRIS
• Assists with pre-employment background checks per policy
• Coordinates onboarding schedule with program managers and candidates
• Reviews timesheets and assists with employee records
• Supports employee engagement activities and events
• Assists with new hire orientation as needed
• Communicates with candidates and program managers effectively
• Adheres to safety, confidentiality, and organizational policies
