Qualifikationen

• Reliable transportation; Valid driver license; Must be at least 21; Clean driving record; Valid vehicle insurance.

Aufgaben

• Maintains confidentiality of HR offices at all times.
• Creates new hire records and enters data into HRIS; prepares reports.
• Assists with record maintenance including I-9s as requested.
• Conducts pre-employment background checks per policies (references, fingerprinting, screenings).
• Communicates with candidates and updates program managers and HR team.
• Coordinates onboarding schedule and requirements with managers and candidates.
• Tracks vaccination documents and timelines where applicable.
• Assists Recruiting & Engagement Specialist at community and recruiting events.
