Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field or seven years’ equivalent experience.
Minimum five years’ experience in human resources with at least two years in management/HR Business Partner roles.
Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

Oversee HR operations within assigned business unit.
Anticipate talent priorities to align with business strategy.
Partner with management on HR plans, performance management, and training.
Guide disciplinary actions and performance improvement as needed.
Collaborate with hiring managers on talent acquisitions and retention initiatives.
