Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health seeks an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, data entry in the HCM system, and handling employee inquiries in a hybrid work environment. You will assist with pre-employment activities, maintain accurate records, and help ensure HR compliance across federal and state requirements.

The role requires 2–3 years in administrative/HR support, strong communication, and confidentiality. On-site in the Research Triangle Park area twice weekly, with a focus on efficient HR

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of admin, customer service, data entry, scheduling, HR support, or event coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field with 1 year HR internship or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and pre-employment activities, ensuring compliance and accurate records.
• Enter and maintain employee data in the HCM system; update job titles, addresses, compensation, and benefits enrollment.
