• Conduct New Hire Orientation and onboarding for new employees.
• Maintain physical and electronic personnel files and HR records.

• Support HRIS administration, reports, and workflow automations.
• Assist with recruitment, benefits, payroll processing, and compliance.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain high confidentiality.
